Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Associates degree required.
• No required certifications or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships.
• Gathers required documentation and verifies information for accuracy.
• Performs processing and ensures compliance with regulations and processes; may administer implementation plans.
• Acts as a point of contact for clients and teams, and escalates issues as needed.
• Initiates, updates and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems; provides reports.
• May perform general administrative support.
