Job summary

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a pay range starting at $19.61 per hour and eligibility for annual performance bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Life Science, Business, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; customer-focused.
• Experience handling complex customer issues and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between field sales and lab operations using client incident tracking.
• Monitor and engage with new or at-risk accounts and provide client education.
• Assist in problem resolution and ensure communication to sales and clients.
• Partner with Billing and IT to resolve client issues in a timely fashion.
• Prepare communication materials for account representatives and educate clients on services.
