Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Pennsylvania is seeking a Collections Representative to contact hospitals and physicians to collect delinquent payments. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST with a competitive pay and benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare or insurance industry.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.

Responsabilités

• Contact Hospitals and Physicians for payment of delinquent invoices.
• Process insurance changes, adjustments and refunds.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and AR balances.
• Follow up to ensure timely resolution of appeals and PHI handling per HIPAA.
