Job summary

Quest Diagnostics seeks a Service Solutions Representative in Pittsburgh, PA, with a Monday–Friday schedule. The role focuses on managing customer relationships, resolving complex client issues, and coordinating with Sales, Billing, and IT to ensure high-quality service.

Requirements include 2–5 years in a technical or customer service role and a strong understanding of laboratory service needs. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of technical or customer service experience.
• Broad understanding of the laboratory business and its service requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between field sales force and laboratory operations.
• Monitor and engage with new key accounts and at-risk accounts.
• Provide education to new clients about Quest Diagnostics lab processes.
• Assist in reviewing and maintaining problem resolution files and ensure communication to sales and clients.
• Partner with Billing and IT to resolve client issues.
• Facilitate troubleshooting of issues with appropriate personnel.
• Develop data collection processes supporting standard service approaches.
