Client Solutions Specialist – Collections & Reporting

Job summary

Lloyd- seeks a detail-oriented collections liaison to coordinate with the firm’s clients, support staff, and accounting to ensure files are worked properly and in accordance with firm standards.

You will act as the point of contact for an assigned group of clients, handle questions and requests, participate in monthly client calls, and monitor file flow to locate work gaps while preparing regular reports for clients and internal requests.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office products.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access and Excel.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and questions promptly via internal requests, emails and calls.
• Build strong relationships with the client's team and understand firm processes.
• Participate in monthly client calls and document notes.
• Submit settlement requests and correspondence when needed per client guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of client requirements and SOPs and update contacts as needed.
• Monitor file flow through the legal process and report any work gaps to the Collections Director.
