Columbia Bank in Roseville, CA seeks a client-focused Banker to deliver excellent service, open Consumer and Business accounts, and support referrals. You will balance cash, handle inquiries, and engage clients in reviews to uncover needs and provide solutions.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, cross-selling, and accurate cash handling, with on-site work at the Roseville location. A high school diploma and banking experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year Teller or banking experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and perform accurate calculations.
• Willingness to develop consumer lending skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent client service with immediate acknowledgement and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Engage clients in client financial reviews to provide solutions and uncover needs.
• Make recommendations and follow through on commitments to clients.
• Open Consumer and Business accounts for existing and new clients.
• Act as a resource to the Client Service Specialists and fill in teller functions when needed.
• Support the branch goal of identifying and referring bank products to internal partners.
• Resolve client issues with strong follow-through.
• Build familiarity with business, consumer, and trust entities.
