Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year Teller or banking experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of consumer banking and business products and services offered.
• Ability to develop consumer lending skills.
• Ability to accurately handle cash, balance accounts and drawers, and perform accurate calculations.
• Proficient in expanding the client relationship to create new and existing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service with prompt acknowledgement and appropriate product recommendations.
• Engage clients in client financial reviews to uncover financial needs.
• Open Consumer and Business accounts for existing and new clients.
• Assist Client Service Specialists and support teller functions when needed.
• Refer bank products to internal partners and resolve client issues promptly.
