Job summary

MedRisk is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to plan and execute external projects for new and existing clients. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements and communicate them clearly to the technical team, ensuring confidentiality and privacy standards.

The role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage timelines, address risks, and maintain detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 1 year of formal project management experience.
• 1 year in Scrum Master role is a plus.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Prior experience in resources management and tracking.
• Ability to lead effective meetings.
• Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Managed care experience and knowledge of health information preferred.
• Document library management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable items for the technical team.
• Create and manage business and technical workflows to ensure seamless project progression.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring timely execution and delivery by identifying risks and changes.
• Communicate project status to all stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment.
• Maintain detailed issue logs and meeting notes and handle administrative tasks.
• Enhance professional knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and professional networks.
• Adhere to MedRisk’s policies, ensuring integrity and quality of deliverables.
• Comply with Confidentiality, Privacy, and Security Standards Policies.
