Job summary

MedRisk LLC is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives, such as systems implementations, data projects, and cloud integrations. You will translate technical requirements into actionable plans and serve as liaison between engineering, IT, and business stakeholders.

The role also owns MedRisk's relationship with Microsoft, supports FinOps maturation, and ensures PMO governance and clear status reporting to leadership. Requires strong technical judgment and discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience with complex technical projects.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong ability to translate technical detail for non-technical audiences.
• Deep technical expertise in infrastructure, databases, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and manage complex technical initiatives from initiation through closeout.
• Translate technical requirements into actionable project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Serve as liaison between engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to manage dependencies.
• Apply PMO governance and deliver status reporting to leadership.
• Own the Microsoft enterprise relationship, including licensing and coordination.
