Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to oversee training and implementation for selected key Clients. You will maintain and develop strategic relationships with clients, representing Business Process Solutions at client meetings and acting as a clearinghouse for all client requests.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with MS Office Suite and Trade Promotion Management Systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of personnel including client level contacts.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong knowledge of client Trade Promotion Management Systems
• Align actions around organizational goals and prioritize needs when making decisions
• Keeps an open mind and listens to others’ thoughts and opinions
• Conveys ideas clearly and succinctly; tailor the message to the audience; deliver information effectively
• Creates effective and compelling presentations for diverse audiences
