Qualifications

• Twenty or more years of software engineering experience, including architecting systems and leadership roles.
• Proven track record mentoring architects/technologists and managing teams.
• Strong consultative background with experience presenting technical strategies to executives/C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern solution architecture across large, multi-team transformation programs.
• Serve as performance manager for a team of senior technologists, providing coaching and career development.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight for multiple architects, application architects, and technical leads.
• Partner with strategists, creatives, and researchers to blend customer insight with technical feasibility in modern digital roadmaps.
• Conduct technology reviews, assessments, and dependency mapping to inform modernization strategies.
• Lead creation of sales presentations, prototypes, and client roadmaps translating concepts into actionable plans.
• Communicate architectural decisions across teams and executives, tailoring messages to audiences.
• Lead requirements definition and analysis for programs within your portfolio, grounding decisions in business needs.
