World Wide Technology (WWT) invites you to join our Solutions Consulting & Engineering team as an Analyst or Consultant. You will work with client engagements, solve business problems, and develop AI-enabled solutions leveraging WWT capabilities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong communication, and the ability to present results to clients. On-site work in STL, Seattle, NYC, Washington DC or Denver is required 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• BA or BS required with majors in Economics, Statistics, Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or Biology.
• Advanced degree highly desired.
• Demonstrated AI literacy and experimentation.
• Strong communication and engagement across management levels.

Responsibilities

• Solve business problems within customer engagements with a team.
• Understand business needs and design AI-enabled solutions leveraging WWT capabilities.
• Maintain project plans and schedules.
• Create technical documents such as process flows and user manuals.
• Produce clear visuals and charts for client presentations.
• Present results and recommendations to clients and partners.
• Create educational and sales materials to empower WWT account teams.
• Utilize AI to increase customer satisfaction and productivity.
