About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Client Solutions Consultant to join our fully remote team. In this role, you'll leverage your financial accounting expertise to help clients optimize workflows, address complex financial challenges, and unlock their full potential with custom reporting and workflow solutions tailored to the construction industry.

What You'll Do:

• Consultative Role: Serve as a trusted advisor, optimizing clients' use of the platform to solve construction accounting challenges such as WIP reporting and revenue recognition.
• SQL Expertise: Create custom reports, dashboards, and workflows—often from scratch—using your strong SQL skills.
• Data Transformation: Help clients clean up messy data and transform workflows for better financial outcomes and forecasting.
• Client Support: Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, guiding them through challenges and delivering actionable solutions.
• Process Optimization: Support clients in process change, platform adoption, and ensure effective implementation planning.
• Product Demos & Training: Deliver product demos, onboarding, and client training to ensure long-term success and adoption.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to suggest improvements, spot upsell opportunities, and contribute to the product roadmap.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in a client-facing role, such as consulting, support, implementation, or customer success, ideally within the construction, finance, or ERP space.
• Technical Expertise: Strong SQL skills, daily use of SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and MDX. Experience with Sage 300 CRE.
• Accounting Knowledge: A hands-on background in financial accounting, including a deep understanding of WIP reports, job costing, and month-end close (MEC) workflows. Experience with journal entries, cash flow forecasting, and financial statements is a must.
• Consultative Approach: Ability to engage with clients, understand their pain points, and craft tailored solutions.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to triage and resolve technical issues, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain ownership of problems from start to finish.
• Bonus Points: Experience with Procore or Acumatica.
