We are seeking an experienced HaloITSM Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of HaloITSM, a cloud-based IT service management platform, to streamline our IT operations. Based in Columbus, Ohio, you will collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver a scalable, user-friendly ITSM solution that enhances service delivery, supports automation, and aligns with ITIL best practices. This role is critical to accelerating our IT operating model, enabling us to compete in a dynamic market.

In this role, you will:

  • Implementation and Configuration:
  • Lead end-to-end deployment of HaloITSM, including installation, setup, and integration with existing systems (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, ServiceNow).
  • Configure core modules (e.g., Incident Management, Service Desk, Change Management, Asset Management) to meet business requirements.
  • Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports to optimize user experience and operational efficiency.

  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to drive adoption among 50+ IT staff and 1800+ end-users.

  • Integrate HaloITSM with third-party tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Power BI, ERP systems like SAP) using APIs and connectors.
  • Implement automation for routine tasks (e.g., ticket routing, SLA notifications) to reduce resolution times by 30%.

Who You Are:
