We are actively seeking a highly skilled Oracle Implementation Consultant to support our Corporate Payroll team in implementing Oracle Cloud Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management modules. This is a fully remote contract opportunity with competitive pay and the potential for extension.

• Lead implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management modules

• Collaborate with Oracle teams, EITS, and key stakeholders to define and implement system requirements

• Act as subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Cloud HCM, including Core HR and Benefits when needed

• Coordinate business requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design

• Map business requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality

• Deliver detailed project documentation (process design, configuration, traceability matrix)

• Guide and optimize business process re-engineering with appropriate controls

• Identify and escalate risks or implementation issues

• Develop testing plans, scripts, data, and coordinate defect tracking

• Support post-go-live reporting needs through custom reports and queries

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10–15 years of experience in Payroll operations and Oracle Cloud implementations

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management)

• Full lifecycle implementation experience, including testing, training, and production support

• Experience with interfaces, conversions, and custom reporting

• Experience in large-scale operations preferred
