Job summary

You will conduct deep client conversations, connect them to banking solutions, and help maintain an efficient financial center with strong adherence to laws and policies.

Responsibilities

• Engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self-service transactions.
• Accurately and efficiently processes cash transactions for clients.
• Builds relationships to meet clients’ financial needs and goals.
• Follows established processes and guidelines, complying with laws/regulations.
• Grows knowledge by partnering with specialists in small business, lending, and investments.
• Manages center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls; drives client experience.
