Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Client Service Associate to engage clients in the lobby, educate them on self-service options, and assist with transactions through mobile, online, or ATM resources. Responsibilities

Engage clients in the lobby and educate on self-service resources (mobile/online banking, ATM).
Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Build client relationships to identify financial needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
Follow processes and comply with laws and regulations in daily activities.
Manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls to drive client experience.
Assist with weekends and extended hours as needed.
