Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service levels.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, to tailor product benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and ensure consistent experience.
• Operate within risk tolerances and complete required training and compliance.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent. Licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust, anticipating needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
