Teleperformance USA is seeking a client account and innovation leader to translate business challenges into AI, automation, analytics, and process improvements. You will own the innovation pipeline, future‑state roadmap, and continuous improvement strategy for the account.

In this role you will build trusted client relationships, understand priorities, and manage a portfolio, identifying opportunities for transformation and value creation through data‑driven insights and cross‑functional

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Account Management, Client Success, Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Technology Solutions.
• 1+ years working with AI, automation, analytics, or CX technologies.
• Strong executive presence and client relationship skills.
• Experience building business cases and transformation roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships across client stakeholders
• Understand client priorities, risks, and business objectives
• Provide account management for the client portfolio, supporting brand‑specific needs
• Identify and develop AI, automation, and digital transformation opportunities
• Manage innovation pipeline and business cases by leveraging client feedback and consumer pain points
• Recommend future‑state technology solutions and roadmaps
• Support business reviews with innovation, insights, and transformation recommendations
• Track critical‑to‑quality metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with Operations, IT, Reporting, Quality, and Product teams to execute improvements and priorities
