Teleperformance seeks an experienced client account and innovation lead to translate business challenges into AI, automation, analytics, and process improvements for key accounts. You will own the innovation pipeline and future-state roadmap while aligning with client objectives.

Qualifications

3+ years in Account Management, Client Success, Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Technology Solutions.
1+ years working with AI, automation, analytics, or CX technologies.
Strong executive presence and client relationship skills.
Experience building business cases and transformation roadmaps.
Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships across client stakeholders.
Understand client priorities, risks, and business objectives.
Provide account management for the client portfolio, supporting brand-specific needs.
Identify and develop AI, automation, and digital transformation opportunities.
Manage innovation pipeline and business cases by leveraging client feedback and consumer pain points.
Recommend future-state technology solutions and roadmaps.
Support business reviews with innovation, insights, and transformation recommendations.
Track critical-to-quality metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with Operations, IT, Reporting, Quality, and Product teams to execute improvements and priorities.
