Responsibilities

• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed; file reports.
• Coach and discipline personnel; discuss performance with management.
• Train Officers; review assignments and post orders with team.
• Assist payroll and personnel data submissions to the company.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts; coordinate with management.
• Prepare, file, and submit reports; meet with client representatives.
