Staples Promotional Products (SPP) is seeking a Customer Site Manager to oversee retail operations, drive business performance, and deliver outstanding customer experiences for client brands. You will lead inventory planning, manage KPIs, and coach teams to achieve results.

You will build executive-level relationships, partner with internal teams, and execute strategic retail initiatives while driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of retail operations experience and people leadership.
• Experience managing KPIs and results.

Responsibilities
