Staples, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a store with a collaborative, customer-first culture, driving community relationships and a strong merchandise and services portfolio.

You will mentor a team, ensure operational excellence, and deliver profitable sales while managing print, marketing, and small business solutions. This role requires hands-on leadership and a commitment to Staples values.

Qualifications

• 1+ year progressively responsible store management experience in a retail environment as a General/Store Manager.
• Experience creating a customer centric environment and working in a consultative selling environment that provides customers a total solution.
• Staples does not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership in community, customer service, sales, and team development.
• Lead merchandise sales, print & marketing services and retail operations.
• Drive profitable sales and margin while reducing variability and improving performance YoY.
• Coach every manager and supervisor to create a culture of consultative selling and total solutions.
