Job summary

Manheim Dallas-Fort Worth is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to serve as a main contact for client issue resolution. You will work with the national sales team, auction representatives, and stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are met across CAIs digital platforms.

The role involves data entry, maintaining account relationships, and coordinating with various teams to apply charges, prepare sale runs, and finalize post-sale invoicing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years’ related experience, or equivalent combination with 5 years’ experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Prior clerical or administrative experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Strong communications and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for client issue resolution with the sales team and stakeholders.
• Perform data entry of required information and manage account relationships.
• Coordinate with posting and transportation teams to apply vehicle charges and prepare sale run processes.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide quality service.
• Prepare reports and balance post-sale reconciliations with accounts receivable.
