Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college courses preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in new accounts and customer service in a financial institution required.
• FIS core systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist client requests for service and resolution of bank issues in a professional, accurate and timely response.
• Assist clients with routine account-related requests including funds transfers, stops, inquiries, ATM/debit usage and deposits.
• Open and close a variety of accounts (commercial and personal) and manage associated documents and disclosures.
• Oversee onboarding process for new client relationships to ensure smooth transitions.
• Primary client contact for all deposit account maintenance and exception items.
• Primary client support (Tier 1) for all Treasury Management products and services across channels.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for online banking platforms and account types for both personal and business relationships.
