Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking an Operations Associate – Client Service Officer to be the primary operational contact for commercial banking clients, handling service requests, onboarding, and account maintenance with timely, accurate execution.

You will balance client experience, risk & control discipline, and cross‑functional collaboration with Relationship Managers and Treasury Officers to ensure smooth account servicing across deposits, treasury and lending products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in commercial banking operations or client service.
• Strong understanding of commercial banking products and regulatory controls.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day service contact for commercial clients.
• Coordinate onboarding and maintenance for accounts and products.
• Process service requests in line with SLAs and internal controls.
• Support investigations, QA, and risk management activities.
