Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Client Services Training Specialist to design, deliver, and maintain engaging learning programs that empower the Client Services team to deliver exceptional experiences. The role focuses on content creation, adult learning principles, and ongoing development of training materials.

The ideal candidate will facilitate in-person and virtual sessions, collaborate with SMEs, and evaluate training effectiveness, while mentoring new hires and existing staff to strengthen product

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience facilitating and developing content.
• Associate, bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Familiar with learning authoring tools such as Articulate, Camtasia and Captivate.
• Effective communication and people skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent listening skills and patience when assisting others.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of retail industry’s best practices and client service standards is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training session.
• Deliver content using adult learning principles.
• Develop, maintain, and curate training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and subject matter experts.
• Monitor and measure classroom performance.
• Assess learning effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to training programs.
• Conduct Client Services new hire onboarding program.
• Coach and mentor new and existing employees through continuing education.
