Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Client Services Representative to handle real-time client calls nationwide, manage cases, and deliver high-quality service with care and efficiency.

The role emphasizes compassionate, enthusiastic, and solutions‑oriented candidates who excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining detailed case records and meeting KPIs. Hybrid schedule with two remote days per week is available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months in a customer service-focused or case management environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather information and manage client cases to resolve issues.
• Explain next steps to customers in written and verbal form.
• Read voicemails and emails to update customer records and inquiries.
• Handle calls about warranty and product issues, create cases, and set expectations.
• Update customer information and address inquiries from voicemails and emails.
• Make outbound calls to obtain information needed to file or progress cases.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
• Meet and exceed Contact Center KPIs (AHT, calls per hour, service level, schedule adherence, quality).
