Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Client Services Training Specialist to design and deliver impactful training for our customer-facing teams. You will create engaging content, apply adult-learning principles, and drive continuous learning to elevate the client experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of facilitation experience, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners. Proficiency with LMS and learning authoring tools like Articulate, Camtasia or Captivate is

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience facilitating and developing training content.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Familiar with Articulate, Camtasia and Captivate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent listening skills and patience when helping others.
• Familiarity with LMS and retail client service standards.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
• Deliver content using adult learning principles.
• Develop, maintain, and curate training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and SMEs.
• Monitor and measure classroom performance.
• Assess learning effectiveness and identify gaps.
• Conduct new hire onboarding for Client Services.
• Coach and mentor employees through continuing education.
