Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent with cashiering, customer service, balancing or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits/credits and bank products.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately per policies and balance records.
• Identify client needs and provide services including new accounts, money transfers, checks, card activations, etc.
• Resolve client problems directly or via referrals to branch resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities with clients.
