Job summary

Pace Labs in the United States is seeking a Client Services Technician to join the bottle prep department within our logistics network. This role focuses on accurate order processing, packaging, glassware handling, and ensuring quality control in a fast-paced lab setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required; experience with Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy essential.
• Ability to handle glassware and maintain clean, organized workspace.
• Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Glassware Management: accurately select glassware from inventory and label correctly.
• Order Processing: use LIMS to maintain records and ensure order accuracy.
• Packaging and Delivery: prepare and pack orders for delivery.
• Quality Control: verify orders meet specifications before dispatch.
• Safety and Cleanliness: maintain a safe, organized work environment.
