The Client Services Team Lead supports the delivery of accurate, timely, and responsive services for students, alumni, and other University stakeholders within Client Services. Under the direction of the Assistant Registrar for Client Services, this position provides guidance and support to staff, coordinates daily coverage, and resolves escalated client-service matters. It also supports daily financial deposits, PCI compliance, and continuous improvement of service procedures.
