Qualifications

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (MS Dynamics CRM) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Receive service requests via phone or email and capture required details to create work orders.
• Execute and bill upon service completion; ensure accuracy in work orders.
• Schedule service with vendors and confirm completion; coordinate pricing comparisons with haulers.
• Assist accounts payable/receivable to ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
• Communicate with account managers about service status and escalate issues as needed.
