• Perform front line triage and assess arrivals for emergent cases.
• Schedule appointments at discharge and coordinate with clinicians.
• Initiate medical records and prepare paperwork for appointments.
• Handle client complaints and route to appropriate party.
• Maintain confidential client/patient information and financial policies.
• Provide directions, maps, and assistance to clients.
• Provide coverage for additional reception areas when needed.
• Assist with process improvements and maintain reception appearance.
