Raymond James & Associates is seeking a dynamic Client Service Associate to provide high-touch administrative support to Financial Advisors, their clients, and branch staff. The role requires effective communication across multiple platforms and meticulous task management in a fast-paced setting.

The successful candidate will help with account openings, paperwork accuracy, and reporting, while contributing to marketing efforts and client events.

Formación

• High School diploma required; 1+ year in securities industry or related work preferred.
• Strong communication across phone, email, in-person and virtual channels.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-touch administrative support to Financial Advisors, clients and branch staff.
• Open new client accounts and assist with documentation and compliance checks.
• Prepare letters, forms and reports for client servicing and prospecting.
• Maintain records and use CRM to track interactions and activities.
• Support marketing efforts including seminars and client events.
