Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a dynamic Registered Client Service Associate to provide high-touch administrative support to Financial Advisors, clients, and branch staff. The role demands strong communication across channels and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will onboard clients, open new accounts, and research client information using internal databases; assist with asset transfers and client reporting, and support marketing efforts and events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ year securities industry or related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for high volume client interactions by phone, email, in person, or virtually.
• Onboard new clients, open accounts, and research client and security information using internal systems.
• Process asset transfers to ensure assets are received and cost basis is accurate.
• Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and materials for client meetings.
• Input orders and rebalance portfolios on behalf of Financial Advisors.
• Maintain client records in CRM and assist with marketing events and seminars.
