Raymond James is seeking a dynamic Registered Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors and their clients in a fast-paced branch environment. This role emphasizes effective communication across multiple platforms and meticulous task management.

The ideal candidate will onboard new clients, open accounts, research client data, and assist with reporting and client meetings, while collaborating with a team to improve service quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; securities industry experience preferred.
• SIE required; Series 7 mandatory; state requirements (63/65/66) as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first point of contact for a high volume of client interactions by phone, in person, and via email.
• Onboard new clients, open accounts, and research client and security data.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and materials for client meetings.
• Input orders and rebalance portfolios on behalf of Financial Advisors.
• Maintain CRM records and support marketing events.
