Raymond James is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to provide high touch administrative support to Financial Advisors and clients. The role requires effective multi-platform communication, ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

The position supports onboarding, account openings, asset transfers, and client communications, with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ year securities industry experience preferred.
• Familiar with securities industry and FINRA terminology.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact to service high volume daily interactions with clients.
• Onboards new clients and opens new client accounts.
• Prepares financial reports and assists with client meetings.
• Inputs orders and rebalances portfolios for Advisors.
• Maintains CRM records and supports marketing efforts.
