Raymond James is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors and their clients. The role emphasizes accurate administrative support, multi-platform communication, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced branch environment.

You will onboard new clients, open accounts, process asset transfers, prepare reports, and assist with client events. Strong attention to detail, CRM and Excel skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience assisting financial advisors or client service is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Excel for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact for a high volume of daily interactions with clients and prospects.
• Onboards new clients and opens client accounts.
• Researches client information using internal databases and other technologies.
• Processes asset transfers and monitors cash available for investment.
• Prepares financial reports and materials for client meetings.
