Job summary

Swan Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is seeking a Client Services Representative to serve as the friendly voice for clients, guiding them through their service needs and ensuring a smooth, positive experience. You will handle inquiries with professionalism in a fast-paced office setting.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in call center roles, some HVAC/plumbing familiarity, and a knack for multitasking while maintaining top-tier service and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Call Center experience preferred (in a fast-paced environment).
• HVAC & Plumbing industry experience is a plus.
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
• Dedicated to providing superior client service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong judgment for sound business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Receive a high volume of inbound calls and book appointments with high conversion.
• Identify client needs quickly and provide effective solutions, de-escalating concerns.
• Use critical thinking to solve client problems with sound judgment.
• Gain and maintain understanding of our HVAC and plumbing service portfolio.
• Enter accurate, detailed records of client interactions while multitasking to minimize hold times.
• Meet productivity standards and follow call scripts.
