Qualifications

• Two years' experience in the tradeshow, convention, hospitality industry, or special event planning preferred.
• Ability to adapt to multiple settings and shifting responsibilities.
• Capability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop Exhibitor Kit manuals with show schedule and pricing.
• Manage show details in GES CORE system.
• Attend show management and operations meetings.
• Audit Show Organizer invoices for compliance.
• Assist Client Services Manager at show site.
