Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc is seeking a Client Services team member in downtown Chicago. The role involves assisting with various Client Services duties, managing event details, and ensuring accuracy in show organization.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in the tradeshow, convention, or hospitality industry preferred.
• Requires working with both union and non-union employees.
• Position may require long hours during several months of the year.

Responsibilities

• Develop Exhibitor Kit manuals and manage show details in GES CORE system.
• Handle exhibitor list entry and updates as needed.
• Serve as in-house contact for Client Services Manager at show site.
