Job summary

Sensitech, Inc. invites applications for a Client Services Associate in Redmond, WA.

You will deliver customer care to our Life Science, Food and Industrial clients, building relationships and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate order processing. The role requires 3+ years in a customer-facing role, experience with ERP/CRM systems, and the ability to work with international customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• 3+ years with ERP systems including CRM, sales order entry or inventory/purchasing modules.

Responsibilities

• Account setup & management including CRM/ERP data maintenance.
• Process purchase orders, contracts, and post-sale follow-up with cross-functional teams.
• Provide phone support and respond to customer inquiries and orders.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Support customer and product issues and advocate for timely resolutions.
