Carrier Global Corporation's Sensitech unit is seeking a Client Services Associate to deliver exceptional service to Life Science, Food, and Industrial customers. The role emphasizes relationship building with external clients and internal cross-functional teams, based in Beverly, MA or Redmond, WA.

You will manage account setup, order support, and coordination with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate data.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• 3+ years experience with ERP systems including CRM, sales order entry, and inventory/purchasing modules.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage customer accounts in CRM and ERP databases.
• Coordinate with Sales to enter account information accurately.
• Provide order support including PO review, qualification, processing, and post-sale follow-up.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Programming, Shipping, and Finance to ensure on-time deliveries and clear communication.
• Handle phone inquiries and orders from customers; troubleshoot issues and provide product support.
• Act as customer advocate to ensure timely delivery and smooth complaint handling.
• Assist Client Services team in improving processes and efficiency.
• Support client programs, lead qualification, and post-sale services with Sales.
• Complete projects with minimal supervision and direction.
• Take on other tasks as assigned.

About This Role

The Client Services Associate is responsible for providing customer care to Sensitech’s client base. The service‑oriented Associate will use their analytical thinking skills to provide a high level of service to our Life Science Food and Consumer & Industrial customers. Success in this position will require relationship building with external customers and internal cross‑functional teams. This role is available in our Beverly, MA and Redmond, WA.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Set Up & Management relating to Customer Relationship Management & ERP database maintenance


• Coordinate with Sales and customer to enter appropriate account information


• Order Support Purchase Order/Contract review; order qualification and processing; post sales follow up; customer and program engagement; coordination with Sales, Professional Services and Supply Chain departments


• Collaborate with Supply Chain/Inventory, Programming, Shipping, and Finance departments to ensure on time deliveries and consistent customer communication


• Phone support Field inbound calls regarding customer inquiries and orders


• Quote Management Customer & Product Support Troubleshoot logistics, product and procedural issues


• Act as a customer advocate to ensure timely delivery and engage in customer complaint process


• Actively participate with Client Services team to establish processes and improve efficiency


• Add value to internal and external customers


• Support clients program/project compliance Lead qualification and follow up with Sales Return Materials Authorization for post‑sale services


• Complete projects with little supervision and/or direction


• Other tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma OR GE 3+ years of experience in customer facing role


• 3+ years of experience with ERP system, including CRM, Sales Order Entry, Credit Return modules or inventory/purchasing modules.

• Bachelor’s Degree


• Ability and desire to succeed in a cross‑functional working environment required

• Experience working with international customers


• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite


• 3+ years of experience in Operations and Logistics Support role

• Professional written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey ideas, information, and concept

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $53,000.00 - $106,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

Thisposition may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
