Job summary

Animal ONE is seeking a experienced Client Services Representative to join our 100% employee-owned veterinary group. You will use your telephone and in-person communication skills to assist clients, schedule appointments, and manage records.

The job emphasizes a welcoming, knowledgeable front desk presence and collaboration with a team dedicated to patient care. The ideal candidate has at least two years of CSR experience, preferably in veterinary or medical offices, and can handle intake, data

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience as a CSR (preferably in a veterinary or medical office environment).
• Skills to answer calls, schedule appointments, greet patients and pet parents by name, and manage records.
• Ability to perform initial client/patient intake by phone and in person, identify needs, schedule, and collect info.
• Enter information in the Practice Management Information System and create/edit Word/Excel documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office to create forms and letters; lift/carry at least 25 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to create a positive environment for patients, pet parents and staff.
