Job summary

Pace is seeking a reliable Client Services Support to join our environmental testing lab in New Jersey. You will handle order processing, label creation, and shipping of coolers and samples using FedEx, while communicating with clients and internal teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment with physical duties like lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping systems.
• 1-2 years of administrative or shipping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders based on LIMS data and generate labels.
• Prepare and ship high volumes of coolers/packages via FedEx.
• Interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Receive and sanitize returned coolers for reuse.
• Assist with stocking supplies and maintaining a clean work area.
