Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of sample, material, or lab administration experience.
• Valid Driver’s License is often required.
• Ability to learn organizational policies and procedures related to sample, equipment, and shipping/receiving administration.

• Influences performance management and can provide feedback for improvement.
• Leads team meetings, trains associates, and enforces SOP adherence.
