Western Pest Services in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the link between customers and service technicians. You will coordinate schedules, respond to inquiries, and support field operations with timely, accurate information.

Responsibilities

Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are the link between our customers and our service technicians. As a CSR, you will coordinate schedules, resolve customer issues and concerns, respond to service and sales inquiries, and communicate with our field operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age
• Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and a bility to manage multiple priorities, i.e. multi-task
• Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
• Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates extensively via telephone and electronically with customers and co-workers
• Strong collections experience preferred

Salary Range: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
