Pri-Med is looking for a Client Services & Sales Coordinator to become a part of our team! This position involves managing the entire project lifecycle of client logistics for all Pri-Med programs, which includes client management, implementation, and post-program reporting, as well as supporting sales activities. The role will involve establishing connections with clients, handling multiple projects concurrently, and working collaboratively in a dynamic, team-based setting. This position is based in Boston and offers a hybrid work schedule, with in-person office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our office is conveniently located in Boston’s Back Bay, directly across from the Prudential Center.
Responsibilities
Client Services
- Oversee all aspects of multiple concurrent projects from initiation to completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their timelines, deliverables, and expectations for both in-person and virtual programs.
- Become a subject matter expert on product offerings and specs.
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Collaborate with the internal digital team to ensure timely development and launch of client programs and products.
- Provide post-show data metrics to clients and assist sales with roll-up of metrics to drive additional revenue.
- Manage the preparation and organization of sales materials for annual programs.
- Oversee the schedule for rebooking exhibitors.
- Track and manage sales-ready leads generated from campaigns, ensuring that all activities are accurately logged. Distribute these leads to the sales team and monitor their progress.
- Qualify and advance leads through a structured lead cycle while collaborating with the territory Sales Manager.
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on support during in-person and virtual conferences, particularly in the execution of theaters and sponsorships.
- Some domestic travel is required, approximately 6 to 8 times annually, including occasional weekends.
- Additional responsibilities as needed to support the sales and client services team objectives.
Qualifications
- Qualified candidates will have a BS/BA degree with a minimum of one year of experience in an account management, client services, or project management position.
- Experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, clear communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proven ability to multi‑task and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to understand and communicate data metrics related to product offering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
