GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for day-to-day administrative, clerical, data entry, billing and financial functions of the program. Responsible for maintaining high levels of quality financial information and client confidentiality. Performs all functions in a manner that complies Operation PAR's standards. Performs all duties in a manner that promotes team concept and reflects the Operation PAR, Inc's mission and philosophy.

QualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High school graduate or GED
  • A minimum of one to three years in medical office or equivalent experience
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be cleared by PAR auto insurance carrier to operate PAR vehicles
  • Must pass level II background and drug screen.
  • Must maintain current training as required by Operation PAR, Inc. policies
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL/TECHNICAL SKILLS:
  • Ability to write accurately and legibly
  • Moderate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Windows-based computers
  • Ability to accurately type at least 40 words per minute.
  • Ability to sit at a desk and view a display screen for extended periods of time
  • Ability to bend, stoop and reach
  • Ability to sit in meetings for extended periods of time
  • Ability to move throughout program facilities both indoors and outdoors
  • Ability to lift and carry 10 pounds
  • Good hearing and vision
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
  • Treatment program / hospital environment
  • Exposure to individuals who may be experiencing emotional distress or agitation.
  • Possible exposure to clients with communicable diseases
